Tiger Woods got to where he is today by working hard and everday with his dad. His dad was like his own personal couch. He is the one that tought him the game and the love of the sport. Tiger Woods will play in any kind of weather. It does not bother him.

Tiger Woods won the Optimist International Amateur Champion thre years in a row. He won them when he was only 12,13,and,14 years of age. Then tiger went on to win the U.S. Amateur Champion. at the age of 18. the next year he defends his title. He was aworded the NCAA pac-10 Player of the year.

At the age of 21 years of age Tiger Woods was the money leader in 1997. the next year he said "i am is a slum this year". What he mean by this is that he was not on top of the money list. The next year he bounced right back and had ten, top ten fineshes. He played in only 20 events and made cuts at all of them. That same year he won another major championship. He won with a one shot lead over Sergio Garcia. That same year he played for the U.S. Team and had a gerat final day to win the Ryder Cup. Tiger Woods is now one of the best golfers in the PGA Tour today. the only other people that are almost as good as him are Phil Mickalson, Vijay Singh, Ernie Els, Jim Furyk. They are other big names in the PGA today.
